All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed at the time of order using the payment methods provided on this website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation. All orders are shipped from Japan via international tracked postal service.

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Delivery times vary depending on postal conditions in Japan and in the destination country, and are outside our control.

Risk of loss and title to items pass to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU, as amended).

You may exercise this right using the "Withdraw from Contract (EU)" link available in the footer of this website.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless it is defective.

Certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including items made to your specification or clearly personalized.
