How We Ship
All orders are shipped via Japan Post's tracked international small packet service (Acceptance Identification Recorded PACKET). We do not use EMS. Exceptions may apply in some cases.

Delivery usually takes about 10–20 days, depending on postal conditions in your country.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs range from USD 6.00 to USD 12.00. They are calculated automatically and shown at checkout, so you can review them before you pay.
Duties & Taxes
Orders to the United States
Under U.S. regulations, import duties and related fees are paid at the time of purchase. The amount and your order total are shown before you complete checkout, so there are no surprises on delivery.
Orders to the European Union
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. Import VAT and customs charges apply to all orders to the EU, regardless of value, and are payable by the customer upon import.
Orders to the United Kingdom
Orders to the United Kingdom require a minimum order value of USD 200.00 (excluding shipping). This is because, under UK rules, VAT on orders of GBP 135 or less must be collected at checkout, which we are currently unable to do. Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. Import VAT, any applicable customs duties, and a handling fee charged by the delivery carrier are payable by the customer upon delivery.
Orders to all other countries
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon import in your country. Some countries do not charge duties or taxes on small personal purchases. For details, please check with your country's customs authority.
About Japanese taxes
Our prices do not include Japanese consumption tax, as exported goods are exempt. This avoids double taxation with your country's import taxes. Because our prices exclude Japanese tax, we are unable to ship to addresses within Japan.
